Leadership Team - Elite Logix

Why the Team Is the Differentiator

A logistics provider is only as dependable as the people making decisions when a shipment does not go exactly according to plan. Rates and technology matter, but experienced judgment becomes especially important when capacity tightens, an appointment changes, a carrier encounters a problem, or a customer needs an answer quickly.

Elite Logix USA is built around direct relationships rather than anonymous account management. Clients work with people who understand their freight, lanes, requirements, and priorities. Instead of repeatedly explaining an account to someone new, shippers can maintain continuity with the people already familiar with their business.

Technology supports that work, but it does not replace human decision-making. When something requires attention, the Elite Logix USA team can evaluate the situation and act instead of simply waiting for a system to generate the next update.

Our Leadership Team

Elite Logix USA’s leadership group brings together three professionals covering freight brokerage, carrier relationships, account development, and complex shipment management. Matt Truitt and John Carbonaro alone bring approximately 40 years of logistics experience, while Ralph Dattolo adds experience in sales and carrier network development. Together, the team connects commercial strategy with the day-to-day realities of moving freight across North America.

Matt Truitt

Matt Truitt

Based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Matt brings that practical freight experience directly into the relationships Elite Logix USA Corp develops with shippers and transportation partners.

How Our Team Works With You

2. Building the transportation plan.

The appropriate team members review the shipment requirements and determine the best approach. For more complex freight, leadership can become directly involved in carrier selection, multimodal planning, or account-specific requirements.

3. Securing the right capacity.

Carrier relations and operations coordinate with qualified transportation partners to match the load with appropriate equipment and available capacity.

4. Managing the shipment.

Once freight is moving, the operations team follows its progress and communicates relevant updates. If a delay, appointment change, or other issue develops, the team evaluates the situation and works toward a practical solution rather than leaving the customer to navigate the problem alone.
